My name is Caroline West aka Caz, I am the Owner, Therapist, Trainer and face of Lotus Beauty. I have been in the beauty industry for over 10 years now and started my own business in early 2018.
I have two main passions in the industry which are Nails and Lashes. I love how I can be so creative with both treatments and not every set is the same. I love being able to transform a set of nails or lashes and being able to make clients feel good. I specialise in these treatments and have done many training courses and continue to take further training each year to improve my skills, keep up to date with changes in the industry, the latest trends and to provide my clients with the best.
I have completed training with brands such as Bio Sculpture, Magpie Beauty, The Gel Bottle Inc and Lash Artistry and Education. I have also trained with various award winning lash artist such as Bryony Barclay, Vicky Rugg & Jade Jones.
From early on in my beauty career I always wanted to teach others what I have a passion for. In 2019 I gained my AET in teacher training and became an trainer for Hello Gorgeous. Since then I have developed some of my own courses and also am the Hertfordshire based educator for the Jade Jones Academy.
As a mum of 3 active boys, I like to escape to all things girly and this is what makes me enjoy my job even more.

Natalie
Natalie is the owner of Beauty Noir and has worked along side Caz & Lotus Beauty for 3 years. Natalie has been a qualified Beauty Therapist since 2012, and her first job was in Champneys Spa. With that Natalie specialises in Massage and Facials, but also offers other treatments.
In recent months Natalie has been working on developing her own natural and organic products, to which are now now officially certified products, such as her amazing Beau Cream.
Natalie was based in Hemel Hempstead, but in 2020 mad the move to South Wales where her business is now set up. However Natalie will be based at Lotus Beauty once a month. If you wish to book in with her, please contact Natalie directly. You can also follow her via instagram @beautynoir1702
Jessica
Jess has gone from being a client, to a student and now a co-worker of Caz's. She 's been qualified in Beauty since 2019, firstly in Classic lash extensions and then in Nails. Jess has also trained with Magpie Beauty and is currently building her nail clientele, offering Gel Polish Manicures, Builder Gel overlays & Extensions.
Jess is still fairly new to the industry but her passion and eye for detail will not disappoint. Currently Jess will be at Lotus Beauty on Saturdays only, and all bookings are booked directly with Jess. Make sure your following her on Instagram @jessicabethanie_beauty
